Ive made that image for experimenting with the motion blur from mental ray and for testing some lighting effects. The DOF is made with Lenscare (what a great tool!!!)
Final Rendersize was DIN A4 @ 300dpi. It was rendered on a 3Ghz P4 (3GB RAM) + 1 GHz P4 (1GB RAM). They took nearly 10 hours to compute this image.
